Composite Strengthening. The En-Force range of products by Weber &
Broutin is designed to strengthen reinforced concrete.
Pultruded CFRP Plates are available in a range of sizes and grades to
suit a range of strengthening applications where increased load
capacity, improved serviceability, reduced deflection and changes in
the use of a structure are required.
CFRP Plates offer an economical and low profile alternative to steel
plates and beams. Application is relatively rapid and cost effective.
Stress (UK) Limited are also able to offer fire protection to the
plates where required.
CFRP Embrace Sheets comprising uni-directional carbon fibres or
bi-directional glass fibres offer external high tensile wrapping to
columns for structural strengthening applications. Bi-directional
sheeting also provides impact resistance to vulnerable structural
elements.
