Our specialist engineers and surveyors carry our a
range of site investigation activities on concrete structures
including, structural defect mapping, strength testing, reinforcement
mapping, cover surveys, half cell potential surveys, core sampling,
carbonation testing, crack measurement, concrete dust sampling and
deflection monitoring.
We also investigate masonry structures where minimum disruption is
required to determine construction details and hidden defects, here
boroscope examinations and forming discrete openings is the most
commonly used procedure. We also carry out wall tie surveys and gas
monitoring.
Samples are taken to a NAMAS accredited laboratory for analysis where
required.
We present our findings in clearly worded bound reports which are well
illustrated. Supporting information is provided in appendices. |
